Target Trainees
  • Interested in pursuing a career in security services
  • Required to undergo security training in accordance with the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Categories A and B)
Schedule
  • Designated Saturday & Sunday (Two consecutive days of classes are required)
  • Time:09:00 – 18:30 (Including 1 hour meal break)

Qualification of Lecturer Recognised by Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority
Graduation Criteria
  • Complete a two consecutive days with total 20 hours
  • Pass the examination 
  • No absences, lateness or early leave exceeding 30 minutes
  • No re-examinations, certificate issuance, or refunds in case of failure
Course Fee HK$680 (includes lecture notes, stationery, assessment, examination, and certification fees)
Applicants may join a waiting list if the course is fully booked, with an additional fee of HK$100
Entrance Requirements
  • Aged 18 or above
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
  • Possess at least a Primary 6 education level or higher, with proof of education
    Those unable to provide proof of education must complete an entrance test at the training center and be confirmed by staff to be able to read and write English

* Applicants must visit the training center the day before the course to pay the fee and complete the enrollment procedures
* Designated Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 – 17:00
* Accepts Cash, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK and PayMe by HSBC

Change of Course Date One change allowed per applicant with at least three days before the scheduled course
Additional changes incur a HK$100 administrative fee
Course Day Requirements  Applicants must bring the original receipt on the day of course as proof
To reissue a receipt, an additional administrative fee of HK$20 applies
Attendance No lateness or early leave exceeding 30 minutes throughout the course
Violations may result in disqualification from the exam, non-issuance of the certificate, and no refund
Security Personnel Permit Agency Services
  • The training center offers agency services for security personnel permit applications
  • The permit review time and results are subject to the Hong Kong Police Force Licensing Office
  • Service Fee: HK$240 (HK$160 for the permit fee + HK$80 Administrative fee)
  • Required Documents: Identity Card or Visa, Recent photograph, Proof of address, Medical certificate issued by a registered doctor (for applicants aged 65 or above), and Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (if residing in Hong Kong for less than 3 years)
